At Shapedly, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
